You may register for an Account on the Platform by providing a valid email address, selecting a unique username and creating a secure password. All registration details must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. Specifically, you must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 365com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Enable any additional security measures offered by the Platform, such as two-factor authentication, where available.

365com shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security. 365com will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of all Accounts held by that individual, along with forfeiture of any associated bonuses or balances.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 365com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial information and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:
